Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

This is a placeholder — the final policy is pending legal review and is not yet a binding legal document.

This placeholder outlines, in plain terms, the topics AuthUnity's privacy policy will cover. It is provided for transparency while the final, legally reviewed policy is prepared. Nothing here should be read as a binding commitment.

What we collect

The information you provide to run your team — account and team details, the second-factor sources you connect, and the codes routed through them — plus routine technical data such as log records needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To deliver the product: routing codes to the right people, enforcing access controls, and maintaining the audit history your team relies on. We do not sell your data.

How we protect it

Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and travels over TLS. Access is least-privilege by design, and every code view and permission change is recorded.

Your choices

You can access, export, or delete your team's data. The final policy will describe how to exercise each of these rights and how to contact us with questions.
